A. Information You Provide Directly

• User Content & Manifestations (Fiym): Content you create, write, or customize within Fiym (including manifestation notes, affirmations, vision board entries, declarations, goals, and personal preferences).
• Intellectual Inputs & Customizations (Unprompted - Cool Intellect): Topics, categories, and custom parameters you define within Unprompted for generating audio swarms, intellectual drills, or high-fidelity sound experiences.
• Storage: This data is stored locally on your device unless cloud synchronization is explicitly activated by you.
• Support & Communications: Information you provide when contacting our support team for either App, such as your email address, device details, and inquiry descriptions.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device & Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, device language, screen resolution, and anonymous technical identifiers to ensure proper layout and functioning of both Unprompted and Fiym.
• App Performance & Diagnostics: Crash reports, performance statistics, and diagnostic logs (such as AudioTrack pool performance in Unprompted or database latency in Fiym) to identify technical bugs and improve stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and enhance the unique features of Unprompted - Cool Intellect (including the high-fidelity audio engine and topic swarms) and Fiym (including manifestation and mindset tools).
• To personalize your experience, including your daily affirmations, intellectual drills, and mindset routines.
• To process in-app subscriptions, digital purchases, and billing through the official Google Play Billing system for both Apps.
• To diagnose application bugs, crashes, and performance issues specific to your device environment.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party providers strictly for core functionality:

• Google Play Services & Billing: To handle app distribution, licensing, digital payments, and subscription management securely for both Apps.
• Crash & Performance Analytics (e.g., Firebase / Google): To collect anonymous crash diagnostics and error tracking to maintain the health of both Unprompted and Fiym.
• AI & Content Processing: To generate personalized affirmations (Fiym) or to process intellectual topic swarms and high-fidelity audio synthesis (Unprompted) when requested by the user.

Service Providers: These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and are prohibited from using your data for any unauthorized purposes.

4. What We Do NOT Do

• We never sell your personal information or user-generated content from either App.
• We do not collect or access your contacts, SMS messages, or real-time location.
• We do not use your personal voice recordings, images, or manifestation notes to train publicly available AI models.
• We do not share your private notes, affirmations, or intellectual preferences with advertising networks.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data across both Unprompted and Fiym:

• Encrypted local storage using Android security standards.
• Advanced memory management for high-performance audio and data processing in Unprompted to prevent data leaks.

Please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local Data: All notes, affirmations, and intellectual customization content stored on your local device remain there until you clear the app cache/data or uninstall the respective App.
• Support Data: Any communications sent to our support email are retained only as long as necessary to address your request.
• Account / Data Deletion Requests: You can request the complete deletion of any personal data associated with you by emailing us at contact.business.infinity@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Unprompted - Cool Intellect and Fiym are intended for a general and mature audience (aged 18 and older). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13.
